Flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 is applied.
How will my order be delivered?
Our orders are delivered via SENDLE. When we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number and Tracking Details. If you didn't receive your confirmation or shipping email, please check your email's Junk Folder :) or contact us directly.
What if I am not there to accept my parcel?
Orders may require a signature on delivery or can be 'Left in a safe place'. If no one is home to accept the delivery then your package may be left. Yamba Skate will not be responsible should this be the case.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We make all efforts to ship SAME DAY for orders placed and paid before 12:00pm EST (next business day for orders placed on weekend/public holiday).
Dependent on your location, standard delivery will be made from 1-10 business days and can take longer during holiday/peak periods.
You will receive an notification email that your package has been sent.
How long will it take to get my deliver?
Estimated delivery time is 1- 10 business days. Some remote areas may take up to 14 days.

What payment methods do you use?
Yamba Skate uses secure online payment through SQUARE. You will receive a payment confirmation once your order has been received and payed for.
Can I return my item for a refund?
Please note that no refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind. If in doubt contact us first to discuss your options.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return (exchange), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I exchange an Item?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Please contact us so we can arrange a return authority. Do not send your item until this is arranged. You can email us at email@example.com or phone us on 0432 049 408 to arrange exchange.
How do I ship my return?
To return your product once a return authority has been arranged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please allow the appropriate time for the returned goods to be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund it will be for the purchase cost of the item.
